What is the MyMahir FSTC GBS & ICT Train-&-Place Programme?
It is a nation-wide talent development programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and TalentCorp, where TalentLabs will provide funded skills training and career placement support.
What is TalentCorp?
TalentCorp is a Malaysian government agency, mandated to drive Malaysia's talent strategy, towards becoming a dynamic talent hub. TalentCorp's goal is to attract, nurture and retain the right talent and expertise needed to support Malaysia's journey towards achieving greater economic progress.
How much does this programme cost?
This programme is fully financed by TalentCorp; thus it is FREE for you to join.
Am I eligible to take part in this programme?
You will be eligible to take part in the programme if you meet the criteria below:
Additionally, to ensure successful completion, we recommend that you have:
- Malaysian citizen
- Aged 18 to 35 years
- Currently unemployed

What is the selection process like?
Our selection process involves application reviews for eligibility, virtual interviews via an AI model, and online assessments (computational and aptitude) to assess logical thinking and culture fit.
What is the structure of the programme?
The programme spans 4 months, with 1-month of online learning to develop your technical skills, followed by 3-months of placement support to aid your search for employment with our hiring partners. At the end of the programme, you are required to achieve your certification, and land a full-time job to kickstart your career!
Will I receive a certificate after completing the programme?
Certainly! Upon completing your chosen course, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. Many of our alumni leverage this certificate to showcase their acquired skills to potential employers.
Will I receive a full-time job after completing the programme?
A shared effort! While it is never guaranteed (you are to put in your own effort as well), we are here to help you through - our programme includes other features such as networking events and mentorship opportunities, propelling you forward to land a job.
