🎯 Your Mission:
To lead and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales conversion for Wonderspire’s products — including the Wonderspire Mobile App and Wonderspire Academy.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales funnels from lead acquisition to customer conversion (e.g. landing pages, email flows, WhatsApp automation, retargeting ads)
Launch and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok Ads
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and A/B test variations for better click-through & conversion
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools
Optimise lead generation strategies using CRM and funnel automation (Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Improve website and landing page conversion (CRO) through user behavior insights
Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing with business objectives
Manage and report on monthly KPIs: Cost per Lead (CPL), ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.
💡 You Should Have:
Experience with sales funnel design, lead magnets, and nurturing sequences
Hands-on skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email/CRM platforms
Strong copywriting in both English & BM (for campaigns and landing pages)
Creative + analytical thinking — you’re just as excited to write captions as you are to review data
A proactive mindset — you love launching, testing, tweaking, and scaling
