We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our sales processes, managing client interactions, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings (internal/client), handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining systematic filing systems.
Sales Documentation: Assist in preparing sales documents such as quotations, proposals, sales orders, and presentations as directed by the sales team.
Order Processing & Coordination: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, monitor order status, and liaise with logistics, warehousing, and finance departments to ensure timely fulfilment and invoicing.
CRM Maintenance: Diligently update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer details, sales activities, lead information, and opportunity tracking.
Customer Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for basic customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing minor issues, or escalating complex matters to the relevant sales personnel.
Sales Reporting: Assist in collecting sales data and generating regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for the sales team and management.
Internal Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between the sales department and other internal teams like Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
Meeting & Event Support: Provide logistical support for sales meetings, training sessions, or customer events when required.
Sales Material Management: Help manage and organize sales collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
