We're looking for an AI Software Engineer who will design, develop, and optimize intelligent automation systems using n8n and various AI models.
This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to build robust AI agents that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development
Design and build sophisticated AI agents using n8n workflow automation platform
Integrate multiple AI models (GPT, Claude, Llama, and other LLMs) to create intelligent automation solutions
Develop custom workflows that leverage the strengths of different AI models for specific use cases
System Architecture & Prompting
Analyze client operation scenarios and business requirements to determine optimal AI solutions
Architect and implement structured system prompt frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
Create prompt templates and libraries that can be reused and adapted across projects
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor AI agent performance metrics including accuracy, response time, and reliability
Conduct A/B testing on different prompts, models, and configurations
Optimize token usage and reduce operational costs without compromising quality
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve agent performance
Innovation & Technology Integration
Stay current with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and automation technologies
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Experiment with new models and techniques to enhance our service offerings
Share knowledge and best practices with the team
Required Qualifications
Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Familiar with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
Familiar with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.)
Good understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior
