Lenovo is looking for a qualified sales graduate to assist in various stages of operations management, including providing technical support role to customers, reporting hotline performance, reporting & managing open cases and managing day to day operations matters.Graduate will gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance froma mentor and other members of our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
• IT grad with hardware knowledge
• To handle customers tech issue and resolve the issue
• Identify correct parts if we cant fix it on phone
• Doing end to end follow through
Other Graduates:
• Preparing reports for Open Cases
• Managing the cases in a structured way
• Managing various communication channel to the tech support centre and delegate it well.
• Analysing Customer Experience indicators
Graduate Requirements:
• IT/Admin/Business Major
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• MS office knowledge
