Lenovo is looking for energetic Customer Care Support Officers with superior communication skills and a
great work ethic to join our team. You will work directly with Customer Care Resolution Owner to support
them in the daily administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, raising request, create and
maintain reports. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain positive and professional attitude at all times
• Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
• Responding promptly to all inquiries
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the team process
Graduate Requirements:
• Sales, Advertising, Marketing, Business major or any
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker, problem-solver and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
