Senior Manager, Product Marketing

Job Description:
This position plays a key role in the successful development and launch of new products and existing product campaigns to agents, bankers and customers. This position also look into product positioning and proposition to identify unique proposition and differentiation of our products
Work closely with various teams such as the Product Development, Pricing, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, Brand and Communications, Analytics and Distribution to develop and launch competitive products and campaigns
Develop product training propositions and collaterals to support new product launches and existing product’s sales
To lead the development and implementation of cross and up-selling sales campaigns to existing customers
To drive and support customer communication in various formats on product related matters
To provide reports and analysis on product launches, campaigns, and key projects
To support distribution partners on various product related issues
Manage various customer related projects, as when needed
Job Requirements:
University Degree in Marketing
Minimum 5 years in life insurance product marketing experience
Demonstrated project management skills
Good communication and relationship skills
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic working environment.
