Join as a Senior Software Engineer to build the orchestration and settlement engine of Teel. You’ll spearhead development and implementation of our product stack, design robust systems and enforcing highest standards of engineering excellence while moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evolve our core orchestration engine

• Lead the architecture of distributed network to handle payment routing, retries, settlement and audits

• Maintain and evolve codebase to ensure seamless and smooth integration of future partners in our network

• Implement robust security measures within the platform, safeguarding financial data and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  

What You Bring

Experience

• 5+ years in software engineering

• Strong grasp of distributed systems, workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures

• Experience in building and deploying full-stack applications from end-to-end

• Exposure to blockchain primitives, stablecoins and payment rails integration

• Comfortable navigating early-stage uncertainty whilst setting high engineering standards

• Experience in Cloud (AWS/GoogleCloud/Azure)

• Experience with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NextJS or similar backend frameworks

• Plus points:

  • startup 0→1 experience

  • Experience leading teams or projects in fintech or crypto infrastructure

  • Familiarity with FX and liquidity network
