Job Description
- Develop UI & backend system of web applications and software for client-based projects.
- Research on project requirements and propose fitted technology stacks accordingly.
- Design system architecture and create engineering specifications by providing proper
documentation.
- Cope and learn the latest technology and frameworks available and adapt to change.
- Perform functional analysis, coding, testing, security, reliability, performance, and
business/technical documentation for projects.
- Communicate with different stakeholders such as Product Manager, Clients etc.
- Deliver assigned tasks within the timeline given, consistently update progress and open up for
discussion.
- Coach, mentor, and guide junior developers/interns with your experience and knowledge.

Requirements
- Expertise in web development programming languages i.e. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Expertise in backend languages such as PHP/NodeJS with solid problem solving & programming
skills.
- No minimum years of experience required, yet must succeed in the technical & interview rounds.
- Familiar with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS, VueJS etc.
- Familiar with Flutter web development (added advantage)
- Familiar with PHP/NodeJS frameworks such as Laravel, NestJS, ExpressJS, etc.
- Familiar with RESTful APIs, and HTTP protocols.
- Familiar with Linux & shell and web server maintenance experience. (Server optimization and load
balancing will be an added advantage).
- Familiar with database architectures & queries using Redis, SQL & NoSQL.
- Able to build high-quality reusable code, components & modules.
- Have a strong foundation in system development, database, algorithm, internet ecosystem, and
critical thinking in analysis.
- Able to work independently with integrity.
- Love to learn and share your skills. Learning by teaching is effective and encouraged in the team.
- Must be a team player who can still work individually if needed.
- Have basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and wallets.
- Have at least a diploma/degree in computer science/programming (or any relevant or related
certifications).
- Read and Write: English, being able to speak and write Mandarin will be added advantage as we
will work a lot with China partners.
