Job Description:

Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, lead complex Core Network projects (configuration to implementation), oversee network operations/maintenance, and coordinate third-party collaborations. Expertise in Huawei MSC/MGW/IMS/UDM/HSS platforms, Vo5G, and migration strategies to ensure seamless service delivery. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above in CS, EE, Telecom or related fields.

• 5+ years’ experience in voice domains (NGN, Vo5G, HSS/UDM migrations) with Huawei MSC/IMS/NFVI platforms.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Strong prioritisation, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
