Job Description: 
Support enterprise IT architecture analysis, drive solution implementation, and manage cloud migration (P2V/V2V). Ensure customer service stability, optimize cloud operations, and enhance client experience through proactive communication and technical expertise.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related fields.  

  • 3+ years ICT experience; expertise in enterprise IT architecture and cloud services (OpenStack/public cloud).

  • Proficient in databases (Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server), virtualization, OS (Linux/Windows), and networking (DNS/VPN/IP).

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation skills, and ability to thrive under pressure; cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or scripting (Python/Go/Shell) a plus.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
