They are responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. The Business Analyst collaborates with stakeholders from various departments to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and visualize large datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.

• Understand and analyze business processes, KPIs, and critical success factors to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Monitor the performance of business initiatives and projects, providing feedback to stakeholders.
