Description:

We’re looking for a Programme Associate (Student Success) to help ensure the successful delivery of our programmes and to ensure they are of a high quality, up-to-date, and delivered to an excellent standard.

Individual Scope of Work:

  • Manage and respond to all inbound student inquiries across multiple communication channels.

  • Design and implement new initiatives to strengthen community engagement, with a particular focus on alumni networks.

  • Analyse and identify potential challenges and pain points within the student journey to inform improvements.

  • Co-facilitate and actively participate in student engagement events, workshops, and sessions.

  • Drive and optimise the conversion of candidates through effective skills-assessment processes.

    Team-Wide Responsibilities:

  • Help design & develop new programmes for TalentLabs and its existing/potential partners, as part of our Programme Management team.

  • Support the design, development and delivery of our proprietary and partner’s eLearning/blended learning/synchronous/asynchronous cross-border learning programmes. 

  • Monitor and oversee the successful development and delivery of online/blended learning programme assigned to ensure the programme targets are met by monitoring daily tasks, communicating with those involved and providing detailed and timely updates to the company and/or other stakeholders. 

  • Lead the coordination between various internal stakeholders such as Marketing & Communications, Account Management, Business Development, Learning & Development, and the Product teams.

  • To support the company and department in the pursuit of new business opportunities and broad-based business development and contribute to the achievement of the company and department’s business financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Eagerness to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team

  • Interest in education, learning innovation, or technology

  • Prior experience in project coordination, programme support, or education-related roles is a plus
