Manager (Engineering Department)

Job Description:
Responsible for variety of ICT network infrastructure projects technical project management, system integration & network migration (Core/Campus/WiFi Network, etc)
Develop and execute network architecture plans that support organisational / project objectives, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based solutions.
Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with organisational / industry best practices.
Manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimise
downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network infrastructure with
other systems and applications.
Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional
development.
Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues
and solutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of solid working experience in network infrastructure management.
CCNA certification must, and certifications such as CCNP/CCDP/CCIE; or HCIP/HCIE, or similar are highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of network TCP/IP related protocol and network security.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
