Roles & Responsibilities:
Inbound Marketing Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy such as blogs, infographics, one sheeter, etc. that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and enhances brand visibility as a conversational AI conversion platform.
Content Creation: Create content as an individual contributor and also be the editor for various written content with different purposes from branding to education, including blog posts, press releases, occasional whitepapers, case studies, and company LinkedIn content.
Project manager: Manage agency, freelance writers, and collaborate with SEO and product marketing teams to ensure high-quality output and professional growth. Owning the content calendar and content pillar. The project manager mainly for SEO content, and some ad-hoc content initiatives.
Team Leadership: Provide necessary training and coaching to team of local writers, agency and freelancers and wider marketing team as well.
Collaboration: Work closely with the head of SEO, product marketing teams, and other stakeholders such as sales and customer success team to create cohesive messaging and prioritize them across all channels.
SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion i.e. MQLs.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and audience needs, utilizing insights to inform content decisions and innovations.
Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content, maintaining alignment with overall writing brand guidelines. Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as a conversational AI expert and addresses the concerns of enterprise buyers.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
5-7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
SaaS experience is a must
Be result-driven and ownerships in funnel numbers such as MQLs, SQLs.
Regional experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of AIO, SEO, content marketing, and content analytics tools such as GA4, Clarity, SemRush.
HubSpot CRM knowledge and B2B Social media marketing are a strong plus.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to coordinate between various teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
Fluency in written English and Chinese
