Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience with our EasySales platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the EasySales platform.

  • Guide customers through the setup and use of the EasySales application.

  • Document and track customer interactions and issues using our support system.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of the EasySales platform.

  • Assist in developing and updating customer support documentation and FAQs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and mobile applications is a plus.

  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
