Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the EasySales platform.
Guide customers through the setup and use of the EasySales application.
Document and track customer interactions and issues using our support system.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of the EasySales platform.
Assist in developing and updating customer support documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and mobile applications is a plus.
Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
