Karl is a Data Analytics Specialist at Crypto.com, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency wallet and exchange platform. He is responsible for the preparation and visualization of more than 5 million users of cryptocurrency exchange data - providing valuable growth insights and strategy to the company. Prior to Crypto.com, he was a Data Analyst at Nexmo, the Vonage API platform where he worked on various platform service quality improvements by deploying data driven quality measurement and automated test plans. Karl is well-versed in global telecommunication technologies and data - gained through his time at Hong Kong Telecom (HKT), one of Hong Kong's largest and premier telecommunications service provider. Karl graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a major in Information Engineering.
