critical thinking and problem resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as interface between customer (internal/external) and Lenovo by setting realistic
expectations, resolving orders related problems and providing support to customer
• Ensuring a high level of satisfaction on orders management or related areas
• Validation of terms and conditions
• Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance
• Respond to customer queries and ensure satisfaction with Lenovo practices

Graduate Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor and document data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
• Team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented
