What You’ll Be Doing (In Real Life)
Yes, it's a fast-paced, multitasking kind of role!
Handle multiple customer inquiries at once via WhatsApp & call.
Quote travel packages (including flights & hotels) while speaking to customers live.
Update CRM notes and sales reports while managing ongoing conversations.
Manage post-sale issues (e.g. name correction, refund request) without dropping the ball on new incoming leads.
Respond to broadcast replies across social media or WhatsApp while still staying personal with hot leads.
Coordinate with internal ops/product teams through group chats — while tracking deal status and lead pipeline.
Skillsets & Requirement
Excellent Communicator: You know how to say the right thing at the right time — to earn trust & close deals.
Super Responsive: You don’t like leaving people on ‘read’. You’re fast and efficient in handling replies & follow-ups.
Closer: You have that talent — product knowledge + confidence + empathy = conversion!
