As a UX Designer, you will focus on creating intuitive, user-centered design solutions that enhance the overall user experience across digital products. Your role includes supporting the design process from research through to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving the usability and accessibility of applications through design best practices. Some examples of your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Supporting user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions

• Assisting in the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions

• Collaborating with senior designers, developers, and product teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience

• Participating in design reviews and incorporating feedback to refine design solutions

• Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems and adhering to brand and accessibility guidelines

• Conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand trends and user expectations
