Overview:
Assist the Human Resources Business Partner team in diverse areas, including HR business partner support, learning and development, employee engagement & wellness. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and committed to creating a positive employee experience while gaining practical experience across various HR functions.
Job Description:
HR Business Partner Support: Support in managing operational tasks related to business partnering support, participate in assigned HR projects, providing research and administrative assistance.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Data Management: Prepare HR metrics reports and assist in data analysis to support informed decision-making.
Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions and workshops, handling logistics and communication with participants.
Administrative Support: Maintain employee records, assist with HR documentation, and support daily HR operations to ensure efficient processes.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR principles is advantageous.
