As a HR Analyst, you will provide multifaceted support across HR operations, workplace logistics, and organizational knowledge systems. You’ll assist with HR tasks and reporting, streamline storage and facility usage, and help maintain an accessible, high‑quality knowledge base. Skilled in organization, communication, and analysis—with proficiency in Microsoft Office—you will ensure efficient, well‑informed, and collaborative work environments.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Trainee)
Assist recruiters by calling and screening candidates based on predefined questions and criteria.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, send calendar invites, and ensure all parties are informed.
Help collect necessary documents, follow up with candidates, and ensure all pre-joining steps are completed.
Update candidate records, track application statuses, and maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Possess strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and basic HR tools.
Learning and Development Analyst
Assist with daily training administration tasks within the system
Manage ticketing and communicate effectively with employees
Contribute to process improvement projects through basic data compilation and analysis
Facilitate basic communication with stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
