By joining the marketing team, you'll be involved in the management, development and execution of all digital marketing programs. You will need to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute different tasks to drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention. Some specific examples of the responsibilities are SEO optimization, marketing automation, advertisement designs, management of social media, website, and online advertising campaigns. 



Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in both English and Chinese.

• Extensive experience in content creation, translation, and social media management.

• Deep understanding of social media trends and cultural differences between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking communities.

• Experience in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, including ad targeting, placement, and performance analysis.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in online communities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related fields.

• Experience working with digital media channels such as Medium, Twitter, Telegram, Debox and Discord.

• Practical experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Familiarity with web 3 communities and post-quantum safe technologies is a plus.

• Experience with data analytics tools and community management platforms.
