Job Description:
Collect and analyse requirements of stakeholders for business process redesign.
Design future mode of process, procedure and practice (clearly defining roles and responsibilities, manual and automated activities).
Assess cost vs. benefits of process (re)design.
Define business process objectives, KPI.
Apply industry standards and best practices (e.g. TM Forum's business process management knowledge, ITIL).
Coordinate & mobilise stakeholders (users, IT, vendor teams, etc.) and manage change.
Track and report on progress of implementation.
Identify any implementation issues and resolve or escalate these.
Monitor and evaluate business process performance.
Develop and deliver training on business process management.
Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
Job Requirements:
10+ years of work experience in business process management within telecommunications preferably at a leading telecom operator or with a reputable management consulting firm.
Bachelor's degree preferred, in either IT, Engineering or Business Administration or similar.
Good understanding of industry trends and developments.
Knowledge in Agile Project Management Model and Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) would be advantage
Understanding of IT architecture and BSS / OSS systems
Familiar with IT system development cycle, project and change management.
