Overview:
We are seeking an experience Quantitative Trader to develop high-frequency trading (HFT) programs, implement market making strategies for altcoins, and build robust monitoring systems for our trading activities on crypto exchanges. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in API trading of cryptocurrencies, who thrives in a 24/7 trading environment and has experience with marking making. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write high-frequency trading (HFT) programs using Python and/or Node.js to execute trades on crypto exchanges.

• Implement and manage market making strategies for a variety of altcoins, optimizing for profitability and market share. 

• Develop and maintain monitoring systems to track trading performance, identify issues, and ensure the integrity of trading activities.

• Analyze market data to refine strategies and improve execution.

• Work closely with the technology team to enhance trading infrastructure and data analysis tools.

• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the crypto trading space.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, particularly those related to cryptocurrency trading.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.

• Proven experience in quantitative trading, specifically with API trading of cryptocurrencies.

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Node.js.

• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and digital assets.

• Significant experience in developing and implementing market making strategies for altcoins.

• Familiarity with building and maintaining trading monitoring systems.

• Ability to work independently in a 24/7 trading environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
