What you'll learn

• Assist in planning and conducting user research. Includes qualitative methods like user interviews, usability testing, as well as quantitative methods such as surveys and data analysis.

• Analyze research data to identify patterns, and actionable insights. Using screen recordings or Google Analytics data.

• Contribute to research documentation on the user journey and behaviour.

• Support the design team by brainstorming design solutions to solve user problems.

• Build prototypes in Figma and get feedback from users.

What we look for in an intern

• Strong understanding of design tools (e.g. Figma) and/or analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics)

• Excellent English written and verbal communication is a must

• Must be analytical and detailed oriented

• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, and be able to commit a minimum of 3 months. Only accepting local Malaysian candidates
