We are currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated Business Analyst to be voice of our Chinese market segment users and to support our strategic initiatives—particularly in building partnerships and understanding our competitors. 

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their career in business strategy, market research, and partnership development. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Market & Competitor Research 

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, market shifts, and customer behaviors. 

• Assist in preparing competitor benchmarking reports and strategic insights. 

• Identify potential business threats and opportunities through data analysis. 

2. Partnership Development Support 

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential business partners. 

• Help coordinate and arrange partnership meetings and follow-ups. 

• Support in drafting and reviewing partnership proposals and agreements. 

3. Data Analysis & Reporting 

• Compile data into clear presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. 

• Track and measure partnership effectiveness and market performance. 

4. Collaboration & Communication 

• Work closely with various departments to align strategies. 

• Participate in internal and external meetings with relevant stakeholders and partners. 

Requirements 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field. 

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply. 

  
  
  Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong interest in business strategy, partnerships, and market research. 

• Good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia).  

• Mandarin (required) 

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive learner. 

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
