Roles and Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales & Solutioning) who can bridge business needs with technical capabilities — transforming operational pain points into well-architected, value-driven digital solutions.

• You will play a key role during the pre-sales and RFP stages, helping clients visualize how POMEN’s suite of products — including ENFLEET, ENGARAGE Enterprise, and ENHIVE— can solve complex enterprise challenges across automotive, logistics, aviation, and port industries.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

• Proficiency in applications running on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and API/Integration.

• Understanding of applications architecture, telemetry data, asset lifecycle management, and data analytics.

• Experience with IoT devices, GPS/Telematics, or sensor data platforms is an advantage.
