Job Summary
The Events & Partnerships Executive plays a key role in planning and executing TalentLabs’ community-driven events and outreach programs. The role focuses on activating meaningful partnerships with educational institutions, trade associations, and ecosystem stakeholders. From research and outreach to event execution, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building connections, and has a strong eye for detail and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Partnership Development
Research and identify relevant partners across education, tech, and startup ecosystems.
Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and networking opportunities.
Schedule, prepare for, and document partnership calls or exploratory meetings.
Maintain a partnership tracking system, tracking engagement status and next steps.
Event Planning & Development
Plan and develop community-focused events such as industry talks, workshops, networking mixers, and startup showcases.
Draft event briefs, proposal decks, speaker profiles, and internal run-through documents.
Collaborate with marketing to create event assets (e.g., banners, speaker cards, posts).
Event Execution & Operations
Coordinate all logistical elements including venue booking, RSVP management, speaker liaisons, and on-site operations.
Serve as the primary liaison for attendees, speakers, and partners before and during the event.
Collect post-event feedback and compile event performance reports (attendance, feedback, engagement).
