Job Description 

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern or fresh graduate to join Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) - Data Governance & Privacy Team. In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting the data governance & privacy initiatives as per listed below: 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Assist in the documentation and communication of data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure proper data processing throughout the Group. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, audit, cybersecurity, and Business Units, to support the definition and documentation of data governance and privacy requirements. 

• Contribute and support the creation and delivery of training programs to educate employees on data governance best practices and privacy regulations. 

• Help monitor and data governance and privacy compliance from time to time. 

• Facilitates and coordinate with meetings, trainings and any assigned events from time to time.  

Job Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or related disciplines. 

• Interest or foundational knowledge in data governance and data privacy 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels within the Group. 

• Enthusiasm for gaining experience in areas of Data Governance & Privacy.
